“Coming Home” at ANZAC Cottage

We have commemorated the ANZACs as they left this state from Fremantle, but what of their homecoming? The 2:30 Talk at ANZAC Cottage, on July 5 will discuss the first two ships, ss Kyarra and ss Ballarat to return to WA after Gallipoli with their sick and wounded passengers. Open from 1pm to 4pm, the Cottage offers free entry and afternoon tea for a gold coin donation. ANZAC Cottage is located at 38 Kalgoorlie St Mt Hawthorn and all are welcome to attend and learn more about its unique history.
