Bjorn Again (ABBA tribute band), are on the road for their 20th Anniversary concerts, and will perform in King’s Park on Saturday 5 December 2009.
They have performed Money Money Money to Bill Gates, Take A Chance On Me to Tom Jones, Ring Ring to Russell Crowe, Rock Me to Metallica, Super Trouper to Kurt Cobain, SOS to Mr Bean and Dancing Queen to royals Andrew and Fergie. So get out your blue eye shadow, glitter, platform shoes and flares and be ready to party with the most successful tribute band of all time. And to get the party started, The One Hit Wonders will open the show!

Escape to the Park 2008 was held on Saturday 29 November in King’s Park. Performing were Abbe May & The Rockin Pneumonia, Kate Miller-Heidke, Bob Evans, Ben Lee and The Cruel Sea.
It was a lovely day for a picnic, and that’s what most did, as it’s not the kind of festival where there’s a lot of dancing, as there’s only a small area at the side of the stage suitable for that.

Grammy award winning soul diva Roberta Flack is renowned for her sophisticated and romantic style. Performing many of her best-loved hits including Tonight I Celebrate My Love, The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face and Killing Me Softly with His Song. Simply Red returns to WA and performs An Evening On The Green in King’s Park on Thursday 5 February 2009.
Special guests are Kate Ceberano and Howie Morgan.
In what is being billed as the The Greatest Hits Live, SIMPLY RED led by charismatic front man Mick Hucknall, will revisit the highlights of their incredible 25 year, 10 album career, in theatre and outdoor shows around the country this summer.
From their very first albums Picture Book (1985) and Men And Women (1987) to the juggernaut’s The New Flame (1989) and Stars (1991), which sat at the top of the UK charts for 19 weeks, to their last studio album Stay (2007), Simply Red’s classic hits have dominated Australian charts, racking up more than one million album sales.

The annual King’s Park Festival has started, and will be running until 29 September 2008.
Together with a spectacular display of Western Australian wildflowers in Kings Park and Botanic Garden, there will be a variety of festive days, exciting exhibits, diverse workshops, stimulating guided walks and plenty of live entertainment throughout September.

Jackson Browne returns to Australia and performs in Perth at King’s Park on Saturday 14 March 2009.
Jackson Browne has been described as the ultimate LA singer-songwriter.
Over the course of three decades, he has continued to write and record songs that are passionately crafted and that resonate emotionally, politically and spiritually – songs that have touched the hearts and minds of countless fans worldwide.
Jackson releases his 13th studio album “Time The Conqueror†on September 20. It’s his first new music in six years and, not surprisingly, is eagerly-awaited.
Special guests will be Toni Childs and Richard Clapton, Tim Freedman (solo) will open all concerts.
