Firstly on last year. All the comments on your forum here are completely justified and for what it's worth we apologise. We run a lot of bars for a lot of festivals and have never had issues that big before. It was the longest day of my life. How could such a thing happen? Well 1800 tickets were sold for the event and 4000 people were standing out the front of the gates before we event opened. So we got swamped. This year the event has moved to Supreme Court Gardens, we have tripled the bar and staffing sizes, the capacity has been capped at 5000 and there is a much bigger range of beers available. The reason the range of beers was limited last year was that we grabbed everything that was available it wasn't as much as we had hoped. There will be 3 sizes of cup being $1 tastings, 200ml and 400ml cups. The promoter did give free tickets to the event to people who complained directly to them and we'd be happy to offer the same to any of you who would concider giving the event another chance.
