Guitar legend Jeff Beck is back in Australia after 32 years, and will perform at Challenge Stadium on Friday 23 January 2009. Perth Concert Hall on Thursday 22 January.
Described by Rolling Stone as “one of the most influential lead guitarists in rock, Jeff Beck has helped shape blues rock, psychedelia, and heavy metal”, the magazine ranked Beck 14th in a poll of ‘100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time’.
In the mid-1960’s Englishman Jeff Beck began on a path that would see him leave his indelible mark on modern music history, an astounding career spanning over 40 years of revolutionary and evolutionary jazz fusion, hard rock and electronic guitar stylings that has opened the door to guitar instrumentalists such as Joe Satriani and Steve Vai.
