The
WA Music Industry holds it's annual festival from 15 to 24 February 2008. In the middle of it all are the WAMi Awards, which will be presented on Thursday 21 February at Beck's Music Box. There will be performances by Jebediah, Birds of Tokyo, Blue Shaddy, Felicity Groom and more. Tickets are $50 through

Voting for the public categories of the WAMi Awards is open to anyone in the world at
http://myspace.com/musicwa, until Monday 13 February. You don’t need to have a myspace account to vote, and only one vote per person will be counted.
