Update: Sonic Youth SOLD OUT
Update: the Perth Festival program has been launched, and I see that the info of Sonic Youth performing on 23 February is right, but the Scientists play a separate show on 13 February!
Sonic Youth come to Perth in February for the UWA Perth International Arts Festival, and the ‘Don’t Look Back’ series of gigs!
They’ll perform their whole classic album “Daydream Nation” on 23 February 2008 at Beck’s Music Box.
Perth punk rock legends The Scientists will perform their album “Blood Red River”, also at Beck’s Music Box, on 13 February 2008.

Thats huge! Not only Sonic Youth is coming but they’re playing ‘Daydream Nation’ – the greatest album I’ve ever heard! I’ve seen them 3 or 4 times and they hardly ever play anything from that album. Thats awesome I’m there – Well done
