This year the 2006 MAKEPOVERTYHISTORY Concert organisers Reach and The Oaktree Foundation join forces again to take the movement to another level. The MAKEPOVERTYHISTORY message is hitting the streets in what will be Australia’s greatest ever Road Trip. In a week long Road Trip from July 1 – 7 hundreds of young Australians, along with Australia’s biggest music acts , will travel across the nation spreading the MAKEPOVERTYHISTORY message. We are calling on our government to take action to increase aid to 0.7% of budget by 2015.
