Mandurah Crab Fest – 2007

The annual Mandurah Crab Fest is held this weekend, 17 and 18 March 2007 on and around the Mandurah Foreshore, from 10am to 9pm on Saturday and 10am to 5pm on Sunday.

The striking coastal city will celebrate in style with an abundance of seafood, wines from the Peel Region and a festival weekend packed full of free fun for the whole family.

On Saturday evening there is a street parade from 5pm and fireworks and a water ballet from 9pm.

Other entertainment during the two days includes Channel Seven Perth presenters (broadcasting live), music, dance, children’s entertainment including the “Little Cabaret Tent’, farm animal, trail bikes and Fairy Queen Caroline, and a multicultural showcase in recognition of Harmony Week.

    Crab fest appears to be March 7 to 9, not 17 & 18 according to City of Manduarh web site

    No, it’s just a free event (though I’m sure parts will cost money, but generally it’s just a big free outdoor festival
