Al Gore in Perth for 'An Inconvenient Truth'

Al Gore will be in Perth to discuss his hit film ‘An Inconvenient Truth’ on Friday 17 November 2006 from 4pm at the Perth Concert Hall.

Since the 2000 American election, Former US Vice President Al Gore has been on a crusade to halt global warming and save the planet from irrevocable change. If the vast majority of the world’s scientists are right, we have just ten years to avert a major catastrophe that could send our entire planet into a tail-spin of epic destruction involving extreme weather, floods, droughts, epidemics and killer heat waves beyond anything we have experienced.

Al Gore will be speaking for about an hour, and reserved seating can be booked through BOCS Ticketing for $45. (internet allocation exhausted, but might be some available if you ring them)
