Cirque du Soleil are coming back to Perth with their show ‘Varekai‘, from 17 August to 7 October 2007!!
Tickets on sale through Ticketek.
Ticket prices for adults seem to range from $70 restricted view to $250 VIP. Children are a bit cheaper, and it also depends on which night you go.
We really enjoyed Quidam in August last year!
G’day Simone,
I went to see Alegria by Cirque du Soleil a couple of years ago – it was brilliant! We have tickets for and are looking forward to seeing Varekai in Brisbane in November. I just hope we can get there in time (still in UK at the mo!!!) lol!
Keep up the good work!
Cheers,
PR
Oh, I hope you get there too, ha ha!!
Yes, we really enjoyed Quidam, so hope to get to Varekai too, but we’ll have to see if we’ve got enough money closer to the date, ha ha! (with Quidam we still managed to get tickets a month or so before the show, so hopefully that will be possible again!).
im seeing it tomozz in mebourne =D
i was wondering where abouts the show is becuase i have booked but i live in the NT and am not sure of where to book accomodation near by!??
Hi Jasmine,
The tent will be on The Esplanade, which is the park in front of the city, on the Swan River.
So any accomodation in the city, West Perth,East Perth and Northbridge will be quite close, pretty much walking distance (but there’s free busses in the city centre).
I don’t have experience staying in the city myself(as I live in Perth obviously), so I can’t help you with any reccomendations unfortunately.
Good luck, and have fun! :)
hello simone,
i was just wondering about the duration of the show… thanx :)
Hi Sarah,
2 hours 30 minutes, includes a 30-minute intermission. :)

I think matinees are much better with kids, and it can be a great activity for school holidays!
Can someone tell me how long Cirque du Soleil goes for?
Thanks
