Million Paws Walk and Whiteman Park

This morning was the RSPCA Million Paws Walk in South Perth.

There were about 10 thousand dogs at Sir James Mitchell Park, and I didn’t see any fights! About $120000 was raised for the RSPCA.
The Million Paws Walks in other cities will be next month.
Bailey had a bath by Fleastoppers for $8, and all proceeds went to the RSPCA.

There were a few horses and ponies, we saw a ferret on a leash, and the paper says there was a cat too!

Straight after walking we drove to Whiteman Park, to catch up with some friends at Mussel Pool. Whiteman Park is lovely, lots of different sections, lots to do including museums and activities for the kids. And Caversham Wildlife Park is now also situated in the park.

Sounds like a great day, Simone! I love the picture of your dog – he looks very friendly. Would love to see something about him (her?) on your ‘About’ page. ;) Best of all, the proceeds from the event went to a very worthy cause. Good onya! :D PR
