Biking to Scarborough Beach

Monday, October 4th, 2004
Today we biked to Scarborough Beach. It’s only about 10 km’s, but it was very hilly.
On the way there we followed Scarborough Beach Road so we wouldn’t get lost, but it was quite dangerous with all the cars, and we sometimes rode on the foot path.
On the way back we took smaller roads, going through Doubleview and then past Herdsman Lake.

Biking to King’s Park

Saturday, October 2nd, 2004
Today we biked to King’s Park on our new bikes. We biked through Subiaco to get there, and it took about 40 minutes.

Bumped into Pascal’s boss walking her dogs in the bush bit, what a coincidence! (was on one of the smaller paths!)
