World Visual Art Series Marc Schmitz exhibition

The exhibition will be on display at the iconic Perth Concert Hall, from the 15 November to 17 December. (even if it says it has passed above).

The World Visual Art Series brings to Perth an international artist each year to exhibit in conjunction with the World Orchestra Series.

The World Visual Art Series artist for this year is international contemporary Berlin artist, Marc Schmitz.

The World Visual Art Series Marc Schmitz exhibition is an extremely important and exciting international event on the Perth cultural stage. Internationally acclaimed for his high standard of contemporary art, Marc Schmitz was born in Hamburg, 1963. Marc is a German artist who lives and works in Berlin, Germany. Marc has a degree in Philosophy from the University of Hanover and completed studies at the Fine Art Academy, Munich and the New Media Art Academy, Berlin. Over the past 20 years Marc has exhibited extensively throughout Europe, America and Asia and taken part in many of the world’s finest Biennale’s. Throughout Marc’s career he has established himself successfully with a wide range of international collectors.

The World Visual Art Series, 2010, is a part of the Berlin Dayz cultural festival presented by the Goethe Institute Australia and the In Unison TechniCulture Festival presented by the Western Australia German Business Association.
