WA Youth Orchestra: "Emperor" at Perth Concert Hall

Joined by international conductor Tze Law Chan and acclaimed soloist Thomas Hecht, the WA Youth Orchestra will present Beethoven's passionate Fifth Piano Concerto 'Emperor', recently voted by the Australian public as their favourite concerto as part of ABC Classic FM's 'Classic 100 Concertos' poll. WAYO will also perform Stravinsky's monumental work 'The Rite of Spring', featuring over 120 of Perth's finest young musicians on stage. Tze Law Chan, conductor Thomas Hecht, piano IGOR STRAVINSKY, The Rite of Spring (Le sacre du printemps) LUDWIG VAN BEETHOVEN, Piano Concerto No.5 in E-flat major - 'Emperor'
