Sir Michael Parkinson CBE presents Symphony At The Movies, with the West Australian Symphony Orchestra, under the stars in Kings Park, on Saturday 25 February.

The much respected journalist, author and host of the long running BBC program Parkinson, will share recollections and anecdotes from his illustrious career interviewing celebrities of stage and screen.
Twenty years of Parkinson brought Jimmy Cagney, Orson Wells, Clint Eastwood, Sean Connery, Woody Allen, Jimmy Stewart and so many others into our living rooms.
Symphony at the Movies is a tribute to those legendary actors, producers and directors associated with the classic and contemporary scores spanning decades on film, with WASO providing the beautiful soundscape to this unique event.
You'll be entranced by the wit, charm and banter from one of our most beloved broadcasters who has given us so many insights into the stars and now, brings his own passion for the music of the silver screen to the stage.
Special Guest Jo Lawry was born in Adelaide, resides in New York and recently toured Australia and New Zealand with Sting.
