Designed to promote ‘human flourishing’, Positive Psychology Tools encourages participants to incorporate a range of practical tools into their daily lives to build and maintain resilience and a sense of wellbeing.

Target Audience: consumers, carers, community service workers, health and wellbeing practitioners, individuals dealing with change, anybody wanting to improve their quality of life.

Founded by psychologist Martin Seligman, Positive Psychology is an evidenced based approach to creating wellbeing by building a satisfying life through meaning, pleasure, engagement, positive relationships and accomplishment.

The resource book accompanying this course contains a vast array of tools and strategies for participants to draw on to help promote their own sense of wellbeing or to use with a person they are caring for.

A popular course with consumers, carers, and individuals experiencing change, this course blends theory and practical activities providing a pathway to an improved sense of wellbeing.

Scholarships:

There are two scholarship places available for consumers or carers who face financial difficulty in attending this course. Scholarship applications close 10 business days prior to a course and the successful applicants will be notified five business days prior to commencement of the event.
