King Tide bring their rock steady reggae got soul good times back to the WA shores in Jan 2012.

Promising to make the sun shine brighter and the beer taste better at every show they play… the lads from King Tide have missed WA sooooooo much (since they last played here on the now legendary Wave Rock Weekender 2009) they are back with nothing less than a 5 show extra-long weekend of good times and fine tunes.

Encouraging one and all to sample their fine wares over this most Australian of long weekends, the self-proclaimed “third best rock steady reggae got soul outfit in Bondi” are keen prove they are worthy of a higher ranking…Vote with your feet and let em know what you think.

King Tide have been gigging non-stop since the release of the bands third album Roots Pop Reggae released by Vitamin Records in July 2009. King Tide have been touring the album extensively, appearing at festivals such as Sydney Festival Opening Night, Womad, The Great Escape, Peats Ridge Festival, Wave Rock Weekender W.A , Coast Fest ,Ragamuffin Festival, Playground Weekender, Woodford Festival, Reggaetown , Island Vibes Festival Sub Sonic Festival, Rainbow Serpent Festival, and recently headlining Reggaefest in Ballina with Jamaican studio one legend Stranger Cole plus many more.
