Fool's Gold at the Fly By Night

Fools Gold is Fremantle Records premier release party at Fly By Night this April Fools on the Thursday night leading into the long weekend … good!

Fremantle Records' first release is that of fellow EP virgins, Hand Stands for Ants: a pixies-esque three piece, with a tongue in cheek charm and deviously satirical take on commercial culture. Refreshingly removed from the dance-indie-crossover yawnfest that has been capitalising stages recently, HSFA's fun and dirty rock is sure to having you dancing around free from the weight of the fluoro army.

Fremantle Records is also showcasing three of HSFA's fellow stablemates and some of West Oz's finest psychedelia, Sugarpuss, and The Witness.  The night is capped of with kings of the Perth funk scene, Sneaky Weasel Gang, so there's no reason to get right round it leading into the long weekend.
