Five Elements is a powerfully intoxicating cross cultural blend of music, percussion and dance, a unique fusion of South Indian Carnatic tradition, Western Jazz and Indigenous Australian didjeridu.

Featuring South Indian Mridangam play Guru Kaaraikkudi Mani with Indian flautist B V Balasai and Bharatanyatam dancer Rajeswari Sainath, Australian artists, Adrian Sherriff (trombone/shakuhachi), Stephen Magnusson (guitar), Sandy Evans (saxophones) and indigenous didjeridu player Amos Roach.
Five Elements is a musical conversation about the Panchabhuta - the Hindu classical five elements - ether, air, fire, water, earth. Saxophones, flute, keyboard, percussion and didjeridu, jam to the steps of Bharatanatyam in a resounding celebration of the rhythms and melodies of South Indian Carnatic and Western jazz traditions.
