Eostre Festival at the Fly By Night

Well Eostre is coming and what better way to celebrate the chocolate season than with a big bunny easter egg hunt!

Not only will the hunt be on, the big bunny will also present a night of decadently rich delights from Jeff Martin & J Cortez, Dave Mann and Jaimi Faulkner as well as a visual feast from VJ Zoo.

Not yet a resident of Australia, our beloved gypsy rock star Jeff Martin can't be kept out.  With a new album penned and studio time booked for November 2010, and the ‘Live in Sydney’ Armada CD / DVD set for release in May, Jeff will be starting his national ‘The Ground Cries Out’ tour at the Eostre Festival at the Fly by Night. He will be joined on stage by his Armada band mate J Cortez to spread the news and to play new songs as well as classic Tea Party & Armada favorites.

Dave Mann has been a little more absent from the live music scene in Australia for the last year, prior to which he was touring his head off. Now having penned a swag of new songs, gotten much better at surfing and chillaxing down in Margaret River, Dave and his great friend Jaimi Faulkner (from Melbourne) hit the WA music scene for a special joint acoustic tour!

Dave and Jaimi have both produced highly regarded albums in their careers so far... and a whole lot more to come. They've also played a lot of shows together across Australia - and now their first joint acoustic tour comes to WA!  Catch their classy musicianship and soulful songwriting at the Eostre Festival.


Jaimi Faulkner is relocating from his hometown of Melbourne, to Berlin in late April and coming to the Fly by Night one last time as part of his National Farewell Tour. This will be your last chance to see Jaimi Faulkner for quite some time so make sure you make it to a show near you.
