Eat Drink Perth : Scitech After Dark

Get ready as Scitech prepares to open its doors exclusively to adults only in this rare opportunity to experience Scitech without any kids on Saturday 20 March.

In celebration of ‘Eat, Drink Perth’ this year’s Scitech After Dark will take an insightful look at the science of food.

After Dark will feature an exclusive adult-only science show to give visitors a surprising, yet hilarious insight into the effects of alcohol, plus for the more adventurous amongst the crowd, we welcome you to try out our jelly ‘alginate caviar’!

Participants can also take a look into the logistics of cheese making...and sample the results of course!

Out on the floor, Scitech’s old-time favourite exhibits are bound to rekindle some childhood memories, whilst Scitech’s latest exhibition - Humanoid Discovery offers a fun and exciting journey through the ins and outs of the human body from how you see to how you fart!
