A celebration of the WA Meat and Food Industries and its independent local butchers.
Activities will include free tastings of sausage champion’s products, a state final of butchers Beef Burgers, a hogget cooking competition, a meat cutting and cooking competition for apprentice butchers and many gourmet foods to taste in conjunction with a party atmosphere.
