Eat Drink Perth : Laneways

Take the road less travelled and explore the city’s laneways with this unique exhibition showcasing outstanding Western Australian art.
The City of Perth will hang art by local Western Australian artists in four inner-city laneways. The art in each laneway will have a unique theme that reflects that laneway’s built environment. These free exhibitions will run between 12pm – 6pm from Wednesday 3 to Sunday 7 March.
Williams Lane (off William Street, near cnr of James Street, Northbridge)
Grab a coffee from Leigh at Urbanistar and wander down the laneway for grunge/street inspired art.
Wolf Lane (off King Street and Murray Street, CBD)
This enchanting laneway features artwork of the world focusing on travel, food and people. You can stop in here for a panini and latte at Alda’s or a cocktail at Wolf Lane Bar.
Jay Jay’s Lane (off Murray Street Mall)
If you’re checking out the shops in Murray Street Mall, you’ll stumble across this laneway filled with artworks by the people, for the people.
Howard Lane (off Howard Street, CBD)
This rock and roll star of laneways will feature fine art in frames, lit up at night by grandiose chandeliers. Check it out before enjoying some tapas at Andaluz.
