CommuniTEA - 5 Steps to Better Sleep

Approximately 40% of people have ongoing sleep problems, yet without enough good quality sleep, our emotional and physical health and wellbeing suffers. Join sleep coach and the founder of Sleep Easy Club, an online training program for adults who want to improve their sleep, Melissa O’Shea, at Clear Mind Studio’s next CommuniTEA event.

Hear about the latest sleep research and learn how to fall asleep easily and fully in just 5 steps from a teacher with 15 years' experience in helping people learn to manage their stress, relax and sleep well. CommuniTEA is a series of free events designed to connect the Perth community with a range of inspiring experiences and ideas, in support of wellness and wellbeing.

Run by Inglewood’s newest wellness space – Clear Mind Studio - these open events are held every Monday night (6:30pm-7:30pm) and ideas are shared over a cup of hand-blended tea made from real ingredients with good vibes and great taste in mind.

Registrations are essential.
