Adam Hall at Mustang Bar - free

TALENTED trumpeter and vocalist, Adam Hall, will celebrate ten years of music making history at The Mustang Bar at a free gig on Friday 9th April from 7pm to 9.30pm.

Adam started playing at the popular Northbridge bar ten years ago and five years ago his band Adam Hall and The Velvet Playboys began playing a regular spot every Friday night.

They have rarely missed a beat and their music captures a mood reminiscent of the Rat Pack or Louis Prima in Las Vegas in the 50s – swingin' jazz, rockin’ rhythm and blues and good ol' boogie woogie.

Friday nights at The Mustang attract a great crowd of dancers and music lovers who dress up and get right into the music.

Their repertoire also features more contemporary music in a vein similar to artists as diverse as James Brown, Ray Charles & Harry Connick Jr.

The 10th anniversary party will include DJs who will warm you up before Hall and The VP’s come on stage and they will look after you in the set break.

Members of the Charlie Brown Big Brass Band will also join Hall and The Velvet Playboys, on stage to help celebrate the anniversary.

So gather a group of friends and dress up to the swinging vintage nines and head off to The Mustang Bar on FRIDAY 9th April at 7pm for a great FREE night out.

The Mustang Bar is located on the corner of Lake and James Streets in Northbridge next to the new Northbridge Piazza.
